Relief-Xtra is a natural form of therapy. They are small ceramic magnets mounted onto circular, waterproof plasters which can be applied on or around the site of stiffness or tension. In today's hectic and modern lifestyle, where we spend more and more time hunched over a computer keyboard or cramped behind the wheel of a car, we are prone to suffering tension and stiffness in the neck and shoulders. Controlled trials have shown that up to 80% of Relief-Xtra users have obtained relief from neck and shoulder stiffness and tension.
