Dry the skin area before using
- Remove from pack and open clear packing
- apply adhesive side to skin at area of discomfort
- wait a few menuets for pad to heat up
- dispose in refuse bin after use
- CAUTION FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
- do not apply to injured of broken skin
- do not apply to irritated skin or skin that is infected
- discontinue use if rash appears
- consult with your doctor if condition persists
- check with your doctor if using on young children, people with circultary or dermatological conditions
- do NOT cut the pad
- remove the heat pad if it becomes too warm for comfort
- for overnight use do not lie directly on the heat pad.
