We will be pleased to exchange or refund unwanted items, provided they are returned to us unwashed and unused and unopened in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, please also note that Freedom Healthcare reserves the right to impose a 10% restocking fee, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange underwear such as pants, and safe hip owing to health regulations, please be sure that you have ordered the correct size, if in doubt please call 01369 830050. We cannot refund opened packets of Adult Nappies or disposable wipes. You may cancel your order prior to dispatch either in writing, email or by phone, any orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to the above terms. (your statutory rights are unaffected)

Freedom Healthcare stand by manufacturers guarantee on any items with a proven manufacturing fault, but reserve the right to send such items to the manufacturer for assessment. Please note that due to high costs of postage we are unable to ship outside UK postcodes.

We regret that we do not refund postage on returns or exchanges, but we will not charge postage on a replacement items that have been proven faulty. Freedom Healthcare cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post once they have left us. If you require proof of posting (there is no charge for this) please ask.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods are generally dispatched by second-class post within one working day of receipt of payment, We ask customers however to allow up to 28 days for delivery of standard post. Larger parcels may be sent by courier post and are sent standard 48hrs service, 24hr service is not available. Special instructions regarding leaving parcels unsigned are at the customers own risk, neither Freedom Healthcare nor our courier service can be held liable, by ticking yes to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to this condition, please be aware we will draw your attention to this point.

Freedom Healthcare is a UK company and all payments are in pounds Sterling (GBP). For all non-UK addresses please contact us for postage costs.

When payment is by cheque we will despatch the goods immediately the cheque has cleared at our bank. Cheques should be made payable to Freedom Healthcare, St Mary's House, Shore Road, Innellan, Dunoon PA23 7SP
