VAT Regulation Changes

As of 1st October 2003 the rules on VAT and incontinence products have changed. Sales of these products no longer require a VAT declaration providing:

* The order is for an individual and not a business or organisation.

* The order is for less than 200 disposable pads.

*The order for net pants is for 10 pairs or less.

For orders above 200 individual pads and to be zero rated, you will need to fill in our vat exemption form, which can be completed at the check out.. Please note that zero rating only applies to the individual.

If you are a Nursing Home, Distributor, Janitorial Company or any kind of commercial institution PLEASE contact us, vat* will be charged. If you are a business please contact us for prices for bulk orders.

All prices displayed are ex VAT - VAT is added at the checkout if applicable, if you are exempt from VAT you will need to complete the online VAT Exemtion form, VAT will be deducted at the time of checkout.
